First time I called them, service was great. They were at my house in just over an hour and got my car up and running.Second time I called them, they said they will come in an hour and then none of them picked up their phones. Imagine the frustration of having to wait on empty promises where another plan could have been made.Today it's the same story, I've been wait 3 hours with no one picking up their phone or even calling me to tell me they held up or what's going on.To think I was referring people to this business. No more.

Useless to say the least. I would definately not recommend anyone to make use of this PATHETIC 'business'. I phoned them to come take a look and assist me with my bakkie as I thought they were a relatively decent business .I gave them my address and details ect...made an appointment and fixed time for them to come and assist me but they never even had the common decency to call and say they can't make it. They simply do not show! When you call them they conveniently don't answer the call. Waiting and waiting for hours with no show! How can anyone run a business if this is the kind of 'service' you receive! One would get better service from the municipality than these guys! And it seems I am not the only one having gone through the same experience. Don' promote a business when its clear you don't have the people skills necessary to run it properly in the first place!

Thier service is very good my car broke down during weekend but J&K Mechanic was the only place that was opened to receive my car, ontop of that my car part was hard to find but they were very patient with me keeping the car in thier custody for many days until I got it. They also did a full check on the car to ensure all is inorder.

Made an appointment and was helped the very next day , I asked for a full diagnostic on my buckie witch was give to me with a full break down on quote , my first repair was my gear box and clutch with a running seriously , my car feels brand new and I can't wait to get it back to finish the rest of the work needed on my car ! 10/10 would recommend , great work and awesome people !

J&K Mobile Mechanic has been a service provider; maintaining my vehicle over the past 6 years. Their service history is fast & dependable with no comebacks - their vehicle repair experience and skills set is hard to come by and pricing very reasonable. The best of all because they offer a mobile service, they will fix your vehicle wherever it has broken down in Gauteng SA which is a necessity if one is a single woman in SA. This people respond immediately when I send them a whatsapp about the problem I had with my daughter car at UP village onderstepoort. They went to fetch the car the same day. It was 16 June 2022 and also a public holiday. The car release bearing has make a noise. I ask them if the car will be fix before 22 June 2022 and they said yes. They install a new clutch kit and also skimm the car flywheel. Also see that the waterpump has a play on and that the waterhousing also leak. So they go out of there way to fix your car. On 21 June 2022 the car was repair and delivered at UP village onderstepoort. Awesome people and very friendly to talk with. Thanks for the good work.
