The owner dad used to run the shop lovely gentleman however he's son who runs the shop now. He's quite rude not someone you want to work with to entitled

They are very very rude and not helpful at all. There used to be old man long ago who was very helpful but now it's ran by a guy who might be the son and front line rude foreigners. 9 out of 10 times they will turn you back for silly things that they don't know off.

The young man is extremely rude! I had great working relationship with the old man, a real gentleman who is no longer there and I'm rather sad to see a once great business now being run by an obnoxious and rude person who insulted me. Shortly afterward, I went to BBC (Brake Bonding & Clutch), and they assisted me in putting a smile back on my face. I will never use Continental Clutch again! 2 years ago, I would give them a 5 star rating. Sadly, I am giving a 1 star rating today because of how I was treated this afternoon. A star not even deserved! I'm truly shocked at how disrespectful the young man was, if he was even worthy of being called a man.

The price for my new battery was good, fortunately I had a small toolkit in the car as they would not sell me the new one until I produced the old one.I hope it lasts?

Exorbitant pricing.Not very helpful, bad counter service. (Attitude)

They were helpful but I wasn't happy with one of the sales people. His attitude needs an adjustment.

They sold me a wrong clutch kit in old open box only to charge me R300 handling fee when I returned it the following day. I am never going back. Zero understanding of customer service.

I have not had a good experience at all , and I am not sure if whether I will go there again...

I had no idea this shop existed in the South, until a friend of mine took me here, I needed somethings for the car and the owner was super helpful and even gave a discount... Great service
