The staff give alot of hassles when it comes to returning items. Lots of questions implying I had damaged the items; when it came to exchanging, the one staff member said that there will always be defects as they are sale items (so this effectively means sale items at Whitehouse are marked down defective products?? Also then why point out defects in the same items when we return them?). I buy often at Whitehouse but this one experience really left a bitter taste in my mouth. The staff made me feel like I was cheating them. Won't be back in a hurry

Decent stuff and ok priced. I don't think the staff are paid enough to really care about you, but if you know what you want, it's fine.
