Lona and Jay were extremely helpful in sorting out several scratches and chips that I had on my car as well as an Auto Armor film warrantee claim. Whilst the window film installer George did an excellent job replacing the defective tint that was applied by another Auto Armor Installer. Thank you Sparkling, I will definitely use you guys in the future.

I could not give 0 stars. This is all they deserve. Took my vehicle for a quote, they said it will take 2 days. When I drop off the vehicle they changed it to 3 days. When I arrive to collect the vehicle they have not even started with the touch up work. So after 5 days I go and collect the vehicle and half the touch ups are not done. I decide to take my vehicle and give my 2year old a bottle of Tipp-Ex to finish the job because that will look better than what they did in anyway. Now 3 days later the vehicle stinks like a wet dog inside because the carpets under the seats are still wet.

Initial impressions were not great, but I will give credit to staff. George, the chap that did the window tinting was friendly and informative.....good sense of humour. Did an amazing job of the window tint/smash and grab. Chap who mixed on a bottle of touch up paint (didn't get his name) did a spot on job of getting the colour 100% on an 11year old car.

I needed stickers for my new p Series what they have put onto the vehicle. Need to replace damaged stickers, waiting from 13 March 2023 for delivery. All promises no delivery. Their VALUE statement says Integrity _ honisty" clients and dealerships be warned about their non delivery

We regret on a very deep level that we ever took our Toyota FJ Land Cruiser to this workshop. Polish job unfinished and very badly done. Chip repair half done. Bumper paint touch ups not done. Broke off the specialized combo radio/phone aerial of the car, severely damaging the rubber mount of the aerial and then replaced the broken aerial with a cheap aftermarket radio-only aerial. The one star we gave them is for the repair work on the scratches on one of the bumpers which was nicely done, most probably by a specialist contracted in to do the job. We encountered unsupervised, half trained staff working on the car while the branch manager and the owner of the group are travelling most of the time around between the different branches of the group. The car was 4 days in their workshop and we still have to finish the polish job ourselves and purchase the correct aerial. This was an expensive mistake on our behalf. Do not make use of their services, not worth it.

I decided to give Sparkling Auto in Silver Lakes (Pretoria) a go this morning. The service was good, nothing to complain about. I was a little disappointed as the coffee machine was not working, for the simple reason that I was searching for a car wash which offered coffee (free or for sale) as I wanted to get on with work during my wait. Other than that nothing to complain about. Very straight forward service and assistance. My vehicle was cleaned well. I selected a standard wash and clean for inside and outside for my double cab bakkie. One or two small spots missed but a good job done in comparison to the garage where I usually have my vehicles cleaned. Get that coffee machine and running again and I'll definitely upgrade my review! Thank you.

Over spray, got back with screws missing. Somehow window scratched. Overall not happy

Shoddy paint work and electrical problems after valet personnel used too much water, again. Second time this happened. First round they took responsibility after hefty fight, but this time management doesn't want to take responsibility.After management refused to repair shoddy paint work as well on a second vehicle, they repaired it. But unfortunately their personnel dropped the vehicle's headlight, now I am struggling for them to take responsibility. Very unprofessional conduct from management.

One star is to much. Don't even think about this place...PATHETICThe owner phoned me and all effort was done to rectify the problem. I will however give them another chance because the quality of the work was great.

I was referred to them by a friend who uses their services and they came highly recommended. I checked the Google reviews and found some bad experiences, however, mine was extremely pleasant. I did the headlight restoration with a full house wash. They were quick, efficient and I am happy with the results. Donald was awesome to deal with and Lola keep the team on their toes to make sure the cars are indeed sparkling. Thank you sparkling team, will see you again.
