One of my favourite Electrical Stores especially with there monthly specials which are unbeatable. Have all the material from A to Z and the staff is very eager assist and give great advice. If they don't stock what you looking for they definitely go out of there way to assist. Thank you for always giving awesome customer service.

If you want poor service, where the staff are rude, then this is the place for you. Just another disappointing shop in South Africa. I would compare there attitude to that as Eskom.

Looking for a surge filter for LED dimmer. Although they could not help they went the extra mile looking on the internet for the item and double checked.The store has everything electrical, including items for power storage, inverters, etc.Largely a one-stop electrical shop with very friendly staff.

I changed my rating from 4 to 1. The reason being. Seems they have deemed it nessasary to upgrade their pos system. It also seems the analysis and design did not consider staff adoption of the pos system. Be ready to wait at least 45 min at the counter to pay for plug you have in your hand. To buy just a single item can take that long. Secondly the new system no longer consideres loyal customers discount. The loyalty card is a joke. I have spent thousands of rands there...and received 135 points. Who has 45 min to stand at the counter to pay.UPDATE:I have seen the notice...but that does not change the unrealistic fustration fact. That being said i did go back again and not much has changed.UPDATE2:I visited the store again today. The lines were a lot shorter and processing occured alot quicker. Thank you

If you are Looking for a headache this is your one stop destination. I took my car for a full service because it was time for my annual service and I had reached my mileage. The car was working just fine, they charged me R5800. And I was happy to pay. Within two days the car started overheating. I contacted them and They said I must bring it back. They said I needed to replace the water bottle as it was leaking. I said go ahead. he then played salesman with me going back and forth about not finding the bottle and eventually he purchased one and they charged me R2200 to replace a water bottle. They forced me toKeep my car with them over the weekend knowing very well they do not open. I left my car and they started with money making tricks, “I think this might be a problem “ I said to them if you a customer you do not pay without assurance. Neil started Harassing me calling me every second I almost bliksemed him. He was rude and very arrogant. Long story short I had to get lawyers involved, in this matter and reported the case to RMI who are handling this ongoing case. In the end I took my car to reeds which is the authorised dealership and they confirmed malicious damage on the car . The R2200 water bottle still had the same cap as the old one which caused rust and more complications. My message to ACDC you guys are not a garage you are a certified car funeral parlour and you do a great job putting cars to their final resting g place. And if anyone recommends this garage to you please either slap them or distance yourself because they most probably part of this scam. I will see you guys in court.

extremely poor service!....my wife trying to speak with one of the staff members for assistance, sorry I can't help now I'm busy...1star is a injustice wish I could've givin none...But oh well I guess small money don't count...

Very bad, no customer service whatsoever. If I could I would take the 1 star rating away. Was waiting 30min at the service desk with nobody in front of me and also nobody except one sales person busy on a telephone before anybody asked if I need help. Pathetic

Very Professional,friendly service and gives expert advice when unsure of a product or job to be done that's worth a 5 star rating for me
