Oliver is a fantastic and upstanding person !I went in to his shop to buy a motherboard,He not only tested it for me, he also taught me some very useful information about it, and shared a great story while he wrapped up.It was a truly wonderful experience,I will definately be using Onet for all my PC hardware needs from now on !The card facilities were also greatly appreciated,It's not often that you can use a card to pay for second hand parts,Thank you very much Oliver !

Purchased a replacement laptop battery which has failed three times at this point and a refund is being refused. More money has been spent on sending this battery to-and-fro than the original cost of the battery. Will NOT be using them again as the manner in which this failure is being handled is unacceptable. They refuse to cover the wasted costs for transporting batteries to-and-fro should the battery fail again. Needless to say, I am not impressed.

Oliver is an outstanding guy, he was closed and out of town, but made time to arrange an time later that same day to meet up at the shop. I was only purchasing an R80 part yet he was willing to help out in any way he could.
