On the 14th of July 2017, I visited Msinga police station for the application of name clearance, which took more than an hour.I was handed to a constable, who took me for finger prints, i had to wait for more than 15 minutes whilest he was standing outside with his friends, and it was before lunch hours. When he took me for the print he left me there and went to his friends. I don't like complaining but if this is how the police are treating us, than even if I had a problem of any kind, turning to the police would be my last resort.

The telephone is not answered and they don't respond to emails sent with requests and complaints....The level of professionalism when it comes to accessibility is very poor....
