Terrible. The lady played loud into my ear. I called again and reported what happened and she didn't care. Worst part,she didn't have a clue on work related questions e.g. what time is load shedding in their area so I can come at appropriate time. Again,she told me on Friday to come on Saturday,but to my surprise getting there,was told that I shouldn't have come because technicians don't work on Saturdays. Whew! It's too much to process. Our customer service?

Excellent, knowledgeable and reasonably priced service. A certain other establishment told me there were no spares available and the set was not economical to repair. An equivalent new set would have cost +/- R10,000. TG fixed the problem inside 2 weeks with a new power board and delivered the set to my home at a cost of less than R1500.00.

Worst service I have ever received. TV under warranty sent for repairs, TV was collected in its original box to make sure it was protected. TV was returned to me not being repaired. Sent it back again to be repaired and was returned with the motherboard being loose wrapped in card board and bubble wrap. No original box. Contacted the manager to complain and was told to accept the TV the way it was and he would investigate and come back to me. A week has passed and have heard nothing and now manager now won't take my calls when I phone to follow up.
