Cashiers lack customer service. I was just not in the mood to entertain the lady that served me. Her attitude is at another level. Just wanted to collect my parcel and leave the store. I will select a different branch next time.Edited. Not pep cell but the actual pep store.

Pep Store in Protea Glen Mall, particularly the one next to Pick n Pay, renders a pathetic service to the customers. The stuff does not bother to enquire how they can help you. If you don't know the location of a particular item in the shop, you won't be escoterd to the department or section. Instead, they will just point out its whereabout without bothering to ensure whether you find what you are looking for or not. This is very unprofessional and typical of Pep stores located in the townships.

Shoplifting at this store is out of order and the store manager isnt looking to out up security at the door to search people. Its a simple request, Pep home has security but this store doesn't have anything. For that I'm gonna give them a low rating
