I was happy with Prodomestic until then they stopped replying to messages and phone calls and stopped coming to clean with no notice. We then placed our one months notice to cancel the contract to stop paying for a service we are not receiving. They are now refusing to return my house key. Very unprofessional!

I have used Lillian's cleaning services on numerous occasions on a once off basis and my experience was amazing. Not only do they clean exceptionally good their staff and Lillian is always friendly and on time.My house has always smelled fresh and looked amazing after they have been here.Definitely recommend them to anybodyIf only I could give them 10 stars

I wish I could give ZERO stars!! Very unprofessional. Haven't used them yet. Sent email request for quote on 26 March 2019. Received reply stating that the email had been forwarded to Lilian with a cellphone number. On 3 April 2019 I sent a follow-up email as I'd yet to be contacted with a quote. Phone today, 11 April 2019 to find out what is happening regarding my quote. I was told by the guy that answered the phone that Lilian (his daughter-in-law) does the cleaning side of the business so I must contact her. I duly attempted to call but the phone just rang & rang and went to voicemail. I have now contacted another cleaning company.

Terrible service ( lack thereof ). Pay an arm and a leg for service which is promised, but not delivered. Dont recommend this company at all. A person is better off looking for a domestic worker on FB groups or by word of mouth.

I'm not sure about their service but if you guys are associated with the type of behaviour I saw today. I will make sure no company ever uses your services. You had no right to damage that poor guys car we saw the incident we were behind that guys car. I do not care whether these people don't work for you but I saw them going inside that house. What you did is just petty and unreasonable that's not your property I am looking for that guy I will testify if I need to I just don't think that was necessary. Disappointing behaviour wonder how your business operates if you take in such criminals in your place of residence..
