Absolutely pathetic service for walk in customers. I had a simple requirement for two batches of paper to be bound. Was told I needed to wait (which I did for an hour), by the gentleman doing binding as he was busy with a batch. He could have simply assisted me and continued with his batch. Freddie needs to go for customer service skills training because his is non existent!

Although not very fast on emails, they made up by finishing the order within a 24 hours after they finally got time for my email and delivered my printed A1 posters to my door, unexpectedly. Thank you for that. I would recommend them and will use them again for my future projects. You just need to call them and make sure they are on it because you may wait for a while thinking your job is in production while your email is not yet read.

I did not print here but we in a bit of a jam, needed an urgent document printed and it was a Sunday so most printing places were closed. One of the salesperson printed it for me and refused when I offered to pay. Just some nice people.

We ordered some mugs to get printed and somehow in that department there was some issues, so it did not get done. After I complained about it the manager Dale got in contact fast and helped us to resolve the matter. Not only that, but they went above and beyond and delivered our mugs for free about 60 km away from their place of business. Although I was not happy at the time, I would now do business with them again and would definitely recommend them to others. Well done guys!

Don't bother. Not only were there massive delays in getting back to me the quality of print was not only incorrect but very poor. I'm a small business so probably got poor treatment because the order wasn't big and worth while. I had labels printed after giving 2 sets of samples to 2 different people, with artwork and sizes and still they were incorrect. Stickers which having been provided again with 2 sets of samples , pantone colours and artwork with sizes?! Still blurry, wrong sizes and wrong colours...all of them?! I've lost a lot of business due to their delays. Terrible.
