Poor design.Poor communication and lack of care from upper management.The owner Carl is very rude.Won't fix the zip that has broken as the blind cannot even close due to their poor design and manufacturing.Came back numerous times to fix the poor design and could not get it right as they did not care to implement the finer details.When they could not get it right they wanted to refund me,which I do not want. Other suppliers charge more and its an inconvenience to find another supplier,we want them to fix the blind so as it can simply close. There is a simple modification they can do to sort it out but the owner Carl does not want to do it.I'm now left with a blind that does not close leaving my patio to get full of rain water.They don't honour their word and their guarantees.I will be taking them to small claims court to resolve this.Beware ,upper management and the owner do not care to implement proper designs and installations.
