Honestly the place is an absolute bliss, the staff so friendly and welcoming. Rooms are impressively clean, and vast variety of good food. I want to rate it 5/5 but it will be 4/5, the guy who took us for quad bike experience was rather less patient with a first timer.

Loved this place. At a whim called to book some time quad biking and were welcomed. Amazing views and experience. The bar was excellent. Spent more time that had been planned. Awesome, well hidden gem worth the visit.

Beautiful and tranquil setting nestled between trees and hill. Lots of wild animals giraffe monkeys springboks and many more. The service is top class. The staff warm and friendly.

Had a great stay, friendly staff. The aesthetics are different. There's a long gravel road leading to the main entrance. There's no luggage carrying vehicle but the staff did assist us with our luggage. There is no phone in the bedroom. Restaurant and Bar staff are really friendly. Overall 3/5

The location was amazing. The drive in had some animals on the road which was fun to see. The staff made sure that the room was ready as requested and the service was friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious and I would definitely recommend the place.

A beautiful hotel, with an amazingly fresh concept. However, our 9month old was charged extra at full price even though we had to bring our own sleeping cot for him. Something they should look into. The breakfast choice was delicious, and the environment extremely calm and relaxing. A beauty place as a get away or a mini stayover for families. The staff were friendly and helpful, but in future, they need to add more snack variety as a place in a reserve with no convenience stores close by. Other than that it was an excellent stay with friends.

Clean, neat, tidy, consistent. Friendly accommodating staff. Dining service is beyond measure. Lovely beds and linen. Working amenities. Beautiful bedroom views. It's not easy to get so much right, you are all doing a great job" at it."

Went to 26D for my birthday and had the best time, the rooms were way better than what’s shown on the website, everything clean and fresh. The service was 10/10, the stuff was extremely friendly and efficient, the food was amazing best breakfast buffet there could ever be, loved everything about this place . We will definitely be visiting again soon.

Overall a lovely place. The gravel road is not bad and actually scenic as we saw animals walking close to the road. In general the staff are friendly and helpful except for the male staff member at reception. The rooms are big and clean. The food very nice. The pool is not great. It's not user-friendly for old or very young people as there is no shallow end and only one step which is very high but no rails for support. Also not enough chairs around the pool. In general a very nice place which is peaceful and quiet for a short trip.

I loved the location and its convenience for a staycation. The gravel road was not too bad. Then staff were always welcoming and ready to assist with a smile and with the utmost respect. If there’s anything to go on about this place it’s their culinary experience. I loved their food. The room was spacious but the bathroom is tiny with chapped floors and furniture with spider webs. The dress down towels were old and discoloured. I think the resort should refer all spa treatments to their neighbours, it’s really not worth the amount we paid for.We were expecting a full spa experience and not mobile spa for that amount. We were fortunate to experience their Father’s Day event which was nice.Kindly inform guests who will be quad biking to bring their drivers license ‘s.
