Fantastic walk in the reserve after the rain

Great place to stay! Security is spot on!Very quite and peaceful. There is a pool and a gym as well.My favourite part is the nature reserve that is right next to it, very Beautiful!

A new tenant at this complex/estate and on 31/05/2023 the oven stopped working. Logged a call as per details given. The brand tech came out 05/062023, confirmed its an electrical fault and not the appliance.Arranged for electrician to come out 08/06/2023 , notified today that will only be assisted on 14/06/2023 and if I cannot avail myself (regardless of having to work to be able to afford to pay the rent) then it will only be looked at by the trades person on 22/06/2023. A very frustrating inconvenience to myself but not to estate management.Cannot grasp that an entire estate only makes use of 1 individual electrician on a specified day only per week(if the person is available). To correct what I understand should be a small issue and be quick to fix.Was looking forward to convenience of the estate, its very quickly proving to not be the case.

Great estate to stay in, beautiful and peaceful environment. Only issue is the Trustees and Body Corporate are extremely unhelpful and rude causing the estate to often be faced with many issues (security, electricity, etc) that don't get actively resolved. This is annoying considering how much you pay on your bond and levies.

02Dec22 - Thank you to Michelle at m-t marketing. She arranged with the agents to refund me. So I got my refund done super quick after she intervened. So I’m a happy chappy again.Note to the managing agents: Sort out your refund system.30Nov23 - I booked a venue for September 2022 and paid the huge deposit. Till today I have not received my refund despite sending the confirmation and bank confirmation three times. Frankly just reading the other reviews: I'm not surprised with that there's complaints about the managing agents.

It's a quiet neighborhood and very safe .if only they could be a taxi rank near the place as there are a lot of firms around the area

Security pass sometimes works. Been there 2x now and the security had issues with the codes and we had to enter it manually,but its a lovely place and estate.
