Really great customer service! The lady who helped me really went out of her way to assist me. Judging from the other reviews, PostNet have stepped up their service.

Rude, rude and rude. No customer care/service.

Absolutely the rudest Postnet I've ever been to. Every time I go to this store, the staff greet me with condescension and a flippant attitude. Staff at Postnet are always kind and considerate but for this, my closest Postnet, I'd rather drive to the one in Sandton.

Staff are very unfriendly and don't greet, felt like I was inconveniencing them being there.

WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT!!After having staff steal my pen I should have known to go somewhere else. The woman I dealt with seemed less than interested in assisting, shunting me from one side of the office to the other, with another member of staff talking past me to the next customer.The following is not specific to this branch - but rather to the company and brand of POSTNET and COURIER-IT: after paying extra (almost double) for a Counter-to-Door delivery, I was advised by the intended recipient that after just over 3 days (the ONC - Over-Night Courier) item was still not delivered, and returned to a PostNet near the destination, for the recipient to collect.A definite zero-star rating if it was at all possible.

The staff is extremely, its actually shocking, and I have been there more than once.

If I could rate this postnet zero I would. Zero service. 10min waiting and (all staff with zero sense of urgency for the que building up behind me) zero staff members greeted or said they would be able to assist as soon as they were done with the current client. Pathetic. Avoid this postnet if possible.

Absolutely horrendous service from the employees. They were uninterested in helping, rude in response with an unprofessional demeanour. Computers and internet access were very slow and at times did not work at all.

I actually think the SA post office provides better service than this Postnet.

A week ago I sent my uncle medication in Phalaborwa that he could not get there . I was told that the parcel would take 2- 3 working days , it left on the Friday . Monday I called to fin out where in the process it was and was told that due to an infection of Covid at the depot the parcel would only be leaving on the Mon / Tues as the deal clean had happened on the weekend . On wed I called again as up to this point Postnet ( who now has my item and has been paid for a service have not bothered to even let me know ....no call , no sms .......nothing . Today is Friday , .......I had to call again , and again I was told that the parcel was in a backlog system and he'd not left JHB . Again no call , no msg ........I called Postnet Fourways Mall , who took my parcel and my money and asked to speak to the owner , three times I called , and the poor lady at the counter ( who does not own the business ) kept having to deal with my irate questions . I eventually gat a call back from her who said that the owner said I should call HEAD OFFICE and complain to them !!!!!! To say I was dumbfounded was an understatement . How do you take someones money , ignore them and then shirk your responsibility . SHOCKING SERVICE !!! COvid is not an excuse , its something we are ALL having to deal with . MAN UP and deal with your business . Maybe read your reviews .........I am sure load of people do .
