I have been going to Andie since January 2022, and as a difficult client, I have been given the adequate resources to get back into managing my mental health and getting back on track on my road to recovery with dealing with depression and anxiety. Her approach is not head fast but very gradual. I must admit that even though I usually deviate on topics at hand, she always keeps me grounded to the present. Thanks to Andie and my referring psychiatrist - Dr N Mudaly - I have made significant improvements to getting back to living a healthy life, however, with still the necessary guidance, for my journey
