Poor Customer Service, the cashier in the shop was fast asleep, finally woke up after a couple of knock on the window, I bought airtime and without even checking her system she said it is offline and went straight to sleep. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Had to wait 3 minutes for a petrol attend to come and help. Petrol was busy on his phone in the kiosk. 1 attendant on the forecourt. Pathetic service . Attendants must know that customers come first not WhatsApp

Please let me tell you that Timothy is one of the most passionate employee that shell never had.What I love about him is consistency. He regularly go out of his way to great a memorable moment for me as a customer. Yesterday while assisting me, we as always cleaned my windscreen, and moved to my back screen, like if it was not enough, he cleaned bought my Windows and what made me rate him is the fact that for my first time since I have been driving from 2008, yesterday I came across someone who even cleaned my side mirrors.He treated my car like if it was his. And if he doesn't have one, I pray that God bless him not only with one, but with 2 cars.❤

Had the car washed. R150 for their mini valet but worth every cent. Friendly staff.

Concerned about lack of action taken on 13 Jan 2022 at 6:55am when a person walked between the pumps with a lit cigarette, while pulling the air hose to his car while the car remained switched on with the music blaring unbearably loud. Should all be clearly visible on the forecourt camera.

Very impressed with the service received at this Shell garage.Always friendly and on point.The owner himself also helps if needs be and treats his staff like his own.Had a puncture not to long ago fixed there also, totally awesome service.

Very poor service staff behind counter not friendly thinks they own the place..

The staff is the only reason why I keep returning
