I have no issues with the food. You've scored low purely because of service. Language barriers I understand, lack of effort- no way. I have been here on 3 occasions and every time I dealt with someone who speaks under their breath. You have to repeat simple orders just to get it right, as they look away while confirming your order, as if they're doing us a favour. Pay attention to the customer! Speak clearly and audibly. Went to sit, and not 1 , or 3 tables weren't cleaned, 80% of them had leftovers/ packaging still on them. It was not busy either. 6 staff behind the counter chatting. Funnily enough, I don't blame the staff. The owners/ managers have not trained them well and let them slide into disinterest.

The staff is good and the food is great as well. It's chicken licken guys and they have mastered how their branches does chicken. I give them that.

One of the best Chicken Licken franchises I've been to and I've tested my fair share. The staff are what elevates it for me. Friendly and always happy to go the extra mile.

Service was very poor had to wait over 45 minutes, Thobeka had to serve customers take orders and expedite orders. What should have taken 10 minutes took close to an hour. Get more staff !!!

Worse service I even have from a food outlet.. took 25min just for hot wings and slider mix4.. cashier who was handing out the orders, gave everyone else orders beside mines, I have to ask her to check my order, but she saw my slip on the table..

Worst service ever from a chicken licken outlet,we don't experience this in a Durban based branch in Durban north, very slow poor service,staff with attitude,we asked for a second straw after purchasing chicken wings n cool drink n was asked to purchase a second straw staff was rude n arrogant

The eating area is very dirty. They do not tidy the tables. I cleaned my own table and the ladies just stand there talking the whole hour instead of cleaning. The meat was not tasty even. I will not go again

The service at Chicken Licken Ballito was one of the worst experiences i have had. The staff that helped me was rude and disrespectful. The customer service was pathetic.The order took forever.When you ask them about your order they just stand and look at you. Like you're speaking another language.
