The customer service was outstanding, and the car service was exactly what I was looking for at such a reasonable price, my car is running so smoothly. I was so pleased with the service I received from CARTIME . They went above and beyond by helping me with the vehicle's diagnosis. I was very impressed with the quality of the car service I received. Booked the car for electrical diagnosis the day before and my little brother took the car to the dealership, my brother calls me to tell me that one of the people from the manager's side had a racial dialog with him instead of being human and explaining adequately as they always do to other customers he goes to say I won't wait the whole day for a car to charge than attend to it" yet I did explain over the phone what issues the car had.Poor service and communication."

Great service at a fair price. Kept me informed throughout. I highly recommend them. They are RMI approved, so servicing your car there will save you money and NOT affect your warranty.

I'm adjusting my post because I am concerned about a few things, I was kept up to date every step. But I was quoted for my brakes to be replaced, I was told there was a mm left on them but there was about 4cm left.And my engine was very dirty afterwards. Oil marks all over.Sorry guys, you need to pick up the slack.

Very friendly staff. Great value for money. If you havent arranged a lift home while they service your car, they provide an uber ride. They go the extra mile. I can recommend them.
