Thabitha ouer waitress was amazing receiving excellent and friendly service. Hrt recommendations was spot on. The atmosphere is very relaxing and well spaced out. Everything is well priced and well prepared.

Wow what an experience. Excellent food, great atmosphere. I have been missing out on this. Beautiful restaurant. I will definitely be returning.

I was not impressed with the chef and the waiter. My rump which came with the creamy snail’s sauce had bacon, the menu doesn’t state any inclusion of bacon otherwise I wasn’t going to order due to my PORk allergies.Upon returning it to the kitchen requesting another steak with peppercorn sauce, the very same rumpsteak was served to me marinated with BBQ sauce and side peppercorn sauce. You could still see the previous creamy sauce on the steak. Its a shame because my partner had to enjoy her eisbein without me having any meal and vise versa.To my surprise we were never approached by manager to apologise for the mess neither did the chef and the waiter. No one took responsibility, it was like I was at fault. After some time the bartender managed to come and asked me if I would rather have something else since I said I don’t want the steak anymore. The lady who welcomed us and helped us as our waitress seemed clueless about customer service and product knowledge, I wouldn’t blame her though.My medium steak finally got served it was well done, hard and chewy. The peppercorn sauce was delicious though.My partner enjoyed all her cocktails.I enjoyed the lemon cheesecake with cappuccino.

Lovely setting with some vegan options on the menu, we had the vegan breakfast that had fry's sausages with lovely health bread, mushrooms, beans, roasted tomato and chips, the baked beans was tasteless and not a fan of fry's sausages but the mushrooms were great. Service was very slow, we had to look for a waiter to order and had to ask for the bill twice and even then it took ages.

The wings were undercooked and tasted like chicken. The ribs were dry as well. I actually had high hopes gor this restaurant and was looking forward to trying the food when we raised our concerns to our waitress she got mad as us and said that we were giving her a hard time . That was disappointing

Lydenburg's hidden secret eatery. the quiches are good. cakes from heaven. Ambience 10/10. Pop in for a relaxed morning brunch or scrumptious lunch

Tried this place on a wim driving back from the lowveld, really pretty inside with quite good food- really unexpected in such a small town, a pleasant surprise. Definitely pop in if you're passing through.
