Worst service I ever received at KFC, employees were rude and no chillie salt or tomato sauce. Had to stop to buy my own salt and pepper. After telling them I dont want any wings, they argued and said that its the beat piece of meat but its only bones. When I ate a piece af chicken ,I found the chicken was robbed of its skin...poor chicken.

I ended up waiting more than 2 hours for my food. When the order eventually got here, the order was incomplete once again. This was now the 2nd time this outlet short fill an order. This is pathetic service. I will never again order from this branch. They must rather close it down as it's not functioning at all. Customer service does not phone back, just as pathetic. If they mess up, they are quick to offer a voucher, I don't want a voucher. I want my order right the first time. So the chicken that was supposed to be part of the box meal, I only got the next day.Someone must please go and educate the employees on the menu and their contents, Asseblief tog!What is the use of using the app for convenience if the order is wrong!?
