Except for the fact that these machines are AMAZING, this company's after sale service is outstanding!Our machine had a problem after a few weeks of receiving it. They sent a UV unit to be replaced which we received the next day. After replacing it, the problem was still not fixed. The next day a new machine was sent to us and we returned our faulty machine. No problems. The person who helped us, Jamie Margaritis, was friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful.Thank you BIBO for your amazing service!
