Mrs N Mayisa - Clinical Psychologist

I'm Shocked!! My wife Came to this pyschologist Mayisa very stressed and confused, seeking for help in her condition.But unfortunately things went from bad to Worse when we left there.Im shocked at the worse or bad service and unprofessionalism of that pyschologist.My wife's appointment was scheduled for 13:00pm only to arrive early to wait a whole hour for her appointment for 1 , became an appointment for 14:00pm. My wife was frustrated and I was extremely frustrated, because , the whole reason she came to this pyschologist Mayisa is because she needed help, only to frustrated her and stress her more,by keeping her waiting for the whole hour .And finally when we managed to go in to consult with her at 14:00pm, instead of 13:00, and she didn't seem to be a professional qualified pyschologist,she was more like an inserve student, coming in for her first time,to start her practicals. Because my wife stated her problem, weeping in tears, from the experience she had gone through, that lead her to seek psychological help.Stating how stress, emotionally broken, the traumatic experience she's had and Alot more.Only at the end, the pyschologist Mayisa to laugh at her problem and ask her at the end,how can she help my wife. Asking us, after everything my wife and I had told her, and the condition my Wife was in,I was extremely shocked at her question.And when she said, unfortunately she can't help my wife in anyway.And I was really angry and expressed our disappointment to her, because my wife was still crying and truamatised at the waythe Psychologist had treated her , And we left.We had driven more than 180 Kms to this pyschologist, and we waited a hour , past our appointment,wasted petrol ,our time.And instead of my wife leaving that place ,with a bit of difference or being better,she left there truamatised and Worse than she came there.People,who are really in need of help pyschologically,stay away from Mayisa.She only deals with small marriage problems,not serious pyschological issues.Ian really fed up with her!!

Very professional and knowledgeable therapist

Bad experience I ever had, going to a psychologist hoping to come out healed only to come out even more traumatized because of the unprofessionalism of the Doctor.... She laughs about your problems and tell you she can't help you.. She couldn't even try calming me down as I was breaking down in tears, I regret the day I set an appointment to see her.....
