Allsure Flood and Fire Restoration

I had this company come to make a new draw for a dressing table that was taken away in a house break in , as we were now missing a draw ! well...nearly 4 months later i am STILL waiting for a new draw , the service from this company has just been totally disgusting , i really have no words for them but never use this company you will wait forever, i am STILL waiting for my draw , they are part of the outsurance company , just too shocking that is all i can say from a fed up client .

I had an issue at home whereby Auto & General sent them out for an home inspection due to flooding of my contents. They assessed my contents put out their assessment to A & G. When it came to being settled it was not enough due to these peoples costing for the contents that needed to be replaced. Half the things cannot be purchased from companies they have adviced me to go to. They contents are either sold out or more than what I've been settled more so the quality of the contents at the stores are way more. I am very unhappy with them. A simple clothing rack they are asking to be repaired for R850. I needed to be settled and I would have sorted this out myself.

They very good and have a quick response
