When I used them to move to Barberton the truck broke just outside Middelburg and we had to wait. It started raining along the road, the truck leaked water and many boxes got wet and broke which caused damage to the goods inside. My fridge were scratched with a deep dent on one side and the one foot was broken off so that I could not balance the fridge and up to today I have to place cardboard under the foot. Just before the move the owner promised me that damages will be discussed and if it was their fault they will repair the damage. They never came to the table and didn't keep their word in the sense of fixing the damage to my brand new fridge. See photo for one of the very bad scratches on my frigde

Worst company in South Africa to use for furniture removal. To start they were late on arrival. They damaged my furniture and there is no supervision that ensure that things get handled with care. One cupboard that was broken into pieces, the team said that they need to take it with and that I should talk to the owner. When contacting the owner, he is always too busy and just never comes back to you as promised. It has been 6 weeks later and not one call from him, I need to call constantly to follow up with no success. They charged me for a shuttle vehicle, that would have been on site. This vehicle was never on site, when asking about this the response was that the vehicle was booked, and the money cannot be refunded. How is this possible if the vehicle was not on site?
