The guys were friendly and unblocked the drain under 5 minutes. But tried to overcharge me R1800 for the service. I asked him if he was mad and kept on bringing the price down every time I spoke to him. Still paid a premium for a service that I was quoted by other plumbers starting from R670 - R1200. I used them due to the good reviews received online and one review stating that their pricing was reasonable. I will never use them again!

I would never recommend these guys.I had an appointment at 10:00 with these guys and no one bothered to show up.I tried calling the owner but he didn't respond.Don't waste your time with them

I am very disappointed by the service received from these guys. They tried to rip me off and charged me R3150 to fix the thermostat on my geyser. When I challenged the invoice and asked for the receipt for the parts alone which they had charged R1250 for, the receipt for the parts was R670. They then proceed to add a R1900 labour fee. Completely unjustifiable for the work they had done. I still had to call them back the next day because my problem had still not been resolved!! They made a mess when they were working and didn’t bother to clean it up. Very unprofessional outfit!!!!
