Completely dissatisfied!!If you're looking for a company that is going to ghost you and not complete the work, this is the one to go to!! I have been having a leak issue since 5 October, with the leak only eventually being repaired in the final days of 2020. However, I am completely unhappy with the quality of work that has been carried out, and even more so unhappy that the delays to the repair of the roof has led to spillover damage to the ceiling boards which have yet to be treated by this company. When you try to call them, the number just rings and no one answers. I will most certainly be contacting the Ombudsman and would not recommend this company to anyone.
