The staff are super friendly and always look in a good mood! Been using them since 2016 for my bedding and towels,and I have never had a single article lost or damaged. I took 1 star off because the management don'tbother to greet their loyal clients. Look at us as if we were dragged into laundry. A friendly hi and smile go a long way.

Some of my clothes missing and got some clothes that weren't mine. If that wasn't bad enough there are bleach marks on my clothes AND two of my denim jeans were shrunk after I specifically asked for a cold wash and a drip dry. Don't spend money here

First and last time using them. Completely ruined one of my suits. The pants came back a completely different colour, when I inquired they ignored me for 2 weeks and then had the audacity to lie and tell me I’ve brought those pants to be cleaned on multiple occasions, which is why it’s faded. Completely dishonest, unprofessional and poor quality. Don’t waste your money and don’t risk your clothes doing business with them.
