Good customer service. Fast response. I didn't take longer than I thought at this shop

When I entered the shop staff were chatting with each other and ignoring me as the client.I had to wait for sometime while I was the only customer.No proper greeting.I would recommend to train the staff as to how to greet and attend the customers efficiently.

Magnificent service and good pricing. Even when the parts where not available, they were brought in the very next day. Dreshan at Goldwagen Kensington knows his car parts and is brilliant at his job. It's refreshing to experience good service these days. Kudos.

I really like their services as all the personnel are willing to help beyond expectations.

Initially I was very impressed by the staff and the salesman that assisted me, then when I recieved the incorrect part it all went downhill, I took the part back with a sample so the gentleman could see what the differences were. He checked the system and said that another branch had stock, I asked if he could order it for me and I could collect the next day. He confirmed that according to the picture it is the same part as my sample but he would not order the other one unless I left my sample with him, I was not sure as to why he would need the sample and did not give me an answer either when I asked. I did try to explain to him that I needed the vehicle to get home that evening, then suddenly he got up, walked to the cash register and proceeded to give me a refund without another word being said to me. Very confused, I stood there for a few seconds not knowing what was going on, then realized a refund had been forced on me and they were not going to help me any further. I was not rude at all to the gentleman but it seems that taking incorrect parts back to goldwagen Kensington makes them really angry and they take it out on the customer.

Unprofessional staff.They don't keep necessary parts in store.
