The worst experience I ever had. The lady look so nice but I got ...... because same question 4 different ways. I want a solution and she went on about R50 for the test. But it seems they cared so much about R50 to test than just fix the problem. I decided to walk out and looked for another pool place I found a shop in princess crossing.walk in there and was out in a record time. They didn't ask me money for a test. They gave me the chemicals and I didn't had to explain that and why they never tested my pool. I will not buying from them again

Unfortunately this company will charge you upfront for a callout just to diagnose (in my case incorrectly) an issue. Then you will receive a quote for a repair they decide is the solution which you will need to pay in full upfront before they begin work. (in my case, the solution" was not the problem at all. You have no recourse should the work be incorrect or sub-standard. If additional issues are then "found" you will receive yet another quote to be paid in full before that work begins. The business model is not customer friendly which is a pity because the staff are good
