Plush Car Wash Melrose

This used to be a good car wash a few years ago. The service is now absolutely terrible. I left my car for the executive wash, and upon return my car is not clean at all.Very bad car wash so won't be wasting my time here again.

Pay for the VIP, took over two hours, dirtier than before inside afterwards.

Worst car wash ever! My friends car got stolen from there and I waited 2 hours only to return and they had not even started washing my car. Very dissatisfied!!!

I took my car in for the “executive wash” (R190). After 3 and a half hours l came back to the same dirty car. I asked the manager Menzi why my car was still in the same condition l left it, and his response was that he can give me R90 from the total. I spoke to the owner who offered me a complementary wash.I took my car in again today and after a couple of hours, this was the complementary wash l got (refer to the pictures).I spoke to the owner again who responded by saying “did you show them?”.I’m never going back again. If you value your time, consider taking your car elsewhere and save yourself the time.

Paid R350 for a proper full Executive wash for 2 cars. Car was not cleaned to standard. I cud have Paid R80 at an outside car wash for a better Job.Seems LIKE there is no supervision or QA on washed cars. They should have bright spotlights to inspect vehicles since it's not well lit in basement.

Should have read the reviews before going here. Disgusting service. A male staff member had a disagreement with a female member and tried to intimidate her by pushing her. Absolutely appalling behaviour, then we get our car back after an hour and a half and it still looks exactly the same on the inside as it did when we dropped it off. Come on guys, be better! Customers are clearly complaining and you aren’t fixing these issues.

I took my car there for a valet on Saturday,Its a car I do not drive everyday , so I only realized yesterday that my car suddenly had a dent on it, even the paint Is removed.And they did not tell me anything.I was sceptical about who would moving my care but had no choice, as I could not sit there for three hours.

Love this place, would have scored 5 stars, but they always fail to clean all the white polish off my car.

Terrible car wash. Everyone has bad days so took my car there 3 times hoping for better service. Clearly it’s not a bad day, just a bad service. Even with an executive wash, all they do is wipe down the seats with a rag and vacuum the carpets quickly.Never going back.

This was by far the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. The microfibres towels that were used to fry my car were lying in the ground when they weren’t being used. This is extremely bad as the microfibre towels grab and hold onto dirt, sand and even little stones. This is obviously terrible for the paint. The same towels were then used to clean my exhaust and then again on my body.when I saw this I was in shock. When I asked the guy who was cleaning my car if he had vacuumed the back seating area in my car he said yes but when I looked in the back there was sand, dog hair and dust in the seat cracks and belt buckles. I am a car wash owner myself who specialises and trains my teams in safe car washing practices and we use a lot of light so we can get to all the dirt. This car wash staff members are under trained and As a result are unprofessional and don’t do a good job at all. The rating of this car wash is very appropriate given their bad service delivery. I have a video of this entire even with the staff telling me the car has been vacuumed and the cloths on the floor.
