Charges R1330 just for a call out fee. In fact I live 50.metets from them , even if I lived 15 km R1330 just to come out ! No these kind of businesses are ripping the public and the poor off. Utter discust!!! I thought the government was bad.

This business will charge you a call out fee (R650). Once the job has been assessed you will receive an unreasonable quote.

This company is not serious about what they do!Call out fee is R650 plus the additional work for repairs.They never respond to your queries & poor customer communication.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I called to have the toilet in my unit repaired and they sent out two workers who showed up late and clearly not in the mood to work. They said they fixed the toilet but didn’t. I immediately called to log a complaint and they said they would get back to me but they didn’t. I then called again and the owner said he would personally come out and have a look at the problem. I left work early to accommodate him. He never showed up. Don’t waste your time. Terrible service.

5 Star service. Came out promptly and sorted out a leaking pipe for me at a very decent price, despite the job being more complicated than initially thought.

The person was supposed to come through at 2:30 he came through at 4:45 he flushed the toilet and told me it R450 to doing nothing at all

Highly recommended. Tshepo came through this morning, his colleague and him did an excellent job. Fixed the problem and did preventative maintenance on clearing out the rest of the drains. Cleaned up as they worked. Good job.

Do not use these people. The call out fee is 450 and all they had to do was replace a broken washing machine pipe. They charged 1150 just for that. I reluctantly agreed because my girlfriend said just do it. My girlfriend was going to pay with eft later because she was in an urgent work meeting. They refused to leave without payment and ended up taking the pipe out again and then left without proof of payment for the call out anyway. They are totally unreasonable. I spoke to a Doris and a guy at their office. No one was understanding and reasonable. There are reasonable and professional people out there. Use them rather. So im editing this message that i left 1 hour ago. I went to builders warehouse now and paid R95 for a washing machine pipe. It took me 5min to fit. They tried to swindle my girlfriend by charging R1150 just to fit a R95 pipe. No wonder they refused to leave without payment even though EFT was an option on the invoice. Watch out people.
