I had a generally good experience with Trusc until my 2 year contract ended. This not because of bad service or a bad experience, but because there was a much better option that became available. I am very precise in all my dealings and so after the contract ended I invited them, by mail, to come and remove their equipment. There was one phone call when I was abroad with a promise of a follow up call that never materialised, and then nothing happened for months, until one late Friday I received a mail with an invoice for the equipment that was not recovered, or more accurately that they have failed to make arrangements to recover. An obvious mistake but the threat from them that the invoice had to be settled within 20 days or else, is tantamount to extortion. There was no response to my return mail and it took me to do a trip to one of their offices to try and clear it up. This is an ongoing saga and I will update here on how it develops.New development:Since my visit to a client centre I have been contacted by someone that admits to a break down in communication and promised that a Trusc representative will contact me to make arrangements to have the equipment removed. I wonder if this means that they have withdrawn the invoice and the threat.

I would recommend TRUSC to anyone looking for amazing services. I am with TRUSC and their customer service is available 7 days a week. Highly recommend.
