Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had special requirements for shoes to fit inserts that I wear but this wasn't a problem as the staff knew exactly what would work for me. A few test runs on the treadmill and after monitoring my stride in different shoes, I walked out with a well priced pair of shoes and with the knowledge that they are perfect for me as an individual.

Extremely knowledgeable and not just trying to make a quick buck. They could have sold me another pair of shoes but identified the real issue and through additional support in the shoe I was on my way. Will most definitely support these guys on my next pair of shoes or any other running gear.Well done and keep up the good work.

Best place to buy running shoes etc!!!! My experience with Grant and Robert has been of the best I ever had! Where were you 2 years ago when my plantar fasciitis started and people gave me shoes that just made it worse??? They are not only the most knowledgeable people I have ever met when it comes to running shoes but very helpful and friendly as well! I have been referring everybody at my gym to them for the past few years and will continue doing so! I just went thinking I maybe needed new shoes and Grant gave me insoles because my shoes are still ok so they are not just out to make money either! This has been my experience as well every time I bought shoes there! Thank you for giving me peace of mind that I get the best of the best in every possible way when I shop there!

Being new to running I was looking for guidance and new pair of shoes that'd suit my running style. I arrived well before opening time and I was welcomed in. I found exactly the knowledge and level of service I was hoping for. Despite it being Black Friday, the sales person spent almost 45min sharing his knowledge and advice. I'll definitely be going back as this service put my mind at ease of concerning the purchase I'd made.

One of the best sale experience I’ve ever had. Even though I can get discount with vitality from other stores I choose to support as they most definitely go the extra mile for there clients. Great sales personnel which never makes you feel like you NEED to buy a shoe. Went for a run assessment and chatted with sales guy probably for 90minutes. Didn’t make a sale but made an lasting impression. Went to buy my first pair of running shoes by them today 10/10. Will definitely recommend this store. They will see me sooner than later.
