I love this shop and all the italian styled furniture options. Patrizia went OUT OF HER way to source the products i needed AND the prices were really competitive with larger, branded places. Some of the lights were cheaper than the identical product at B/w.

We purchased a sofa set in November 2021. They failed to communicate when it will be delivered. They did not respond to messages and e-mails for months on end. They only contacted us after we had an attorney send a letter of demand to them. The set was eventually delivered 17 months after we ordered it.
