The worst experience of my life.. I waited two months for a VAT registration that was supposed to take two weeks. FYI i still haven't received it.. They don't reply to emails and claim that they have called. I received a very bad service from a lady called Pretty, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

Completely incompetent. They submitted the incorrect docs and took weeks to get back to me only to tell me they need half the docs again. It's been 3 months now and I'm still not VAT registered. I could have saved myself weeks of time and money by going to SARS myself. I'm highly annoyed as no one has responded to my last 3 emails asking for feedback in over 2 weeks

Worst service we have ever received from a company.No communication, registered the wrong name took almos 3 weeks. And if you phone and someone actually answers nobody nobody knows anything and everybody els is in a meeting. They lie on getting emails and reply on sending emails as well.

We wated more than 2 weeks for paperwork, no comunication from the lady thats is supposed to be in charge of registration. Registered wrong company details. Ideal business registration basically only wasted our time and money and in the process cost us more as now we have to go to a different company to get stuff sorted.

Ideal Business Registrations
Their service and professionalism is below par. They lie and we get no response from them. They overcharged us for registration to CIDB which never materialised since october 2020. They keep delaying application and kept asking for different documents. Will not deal with them as we now have to start from scratch directly with CIDB for our grading.
