Its been 9 days with no service and we had previous problems witch took almost 3 weeks to fix. No indication or explanation on why our network is off but still expect to be payed.

Amazing customer service with everyone willing to go the extra mile! Had a situation at the beginning of the year with a smashed laptop where they prepared an insurance report, sourced a new replacement laptop, migrated my information and setup the machine to my preferences all within 24 hours. Martin, Charl and F-Cee all stayed late till 20:00 that evening, making sure everything was 100%, so I could catch my flight back home at 6am the next day without skipping a beat. Could really not recommend them enough, have been a client for over 7 years, and have not had a single issue or cause for complaint.
