Is one of the best hardware in Seshego, the customer service here is amazing. Even if you're just there with a quotation and don't know the stuff you should get, they take you around and show you the stuff then tell you the difference and choose the best option for you.

The staff needs training on customer service: tellers must stop doing other things on the tills while customers are queuing for payments (remember is Covid 19 time, we must avoid queuing or crowding as far as possible). Other assistants when asked for assistance on some items they said that they are busy, that results in poor customer service .

Affordable goods. The service was very friendly and they went an extra mile to deliver my Jojo tank same day on a Sunday. The employees I talked to were open and were eager to help. A place that opens on a Sunday is great and convenient. It does, however, cross my mind that the employees are at work every day and breaks from work may be very little.

Clean and tidy shop,delivery on time only one elderly cashier staff member can really annoy you because of her age but all staff is excellent. Yesterday's delivery was a set back as I ordered two days before delivery date and they delivered incomplete stuff while I was waiting with guys hired to make a structure paying them daily, they should have told me about the problem so that I can buy missing stuff somewhere to finish the job same day,now I must pay my guys extra days because they must stay there until stuff arrives

The staff is very disrespectful and rude. heir employees stole 10 bags of cement and this was not noted upon delivery due to miscalculation. When we called the store to ask if they are aware of this, they kept changing phones and laughing about the matter. This was first and last visit to this store.
