Very very very annoying and dissatisfactory service.proof of purchase does not reflect prices of other items I bought and I cancelled purchase as a result and they could not reverse the transaction and the money is on their customers builders card.am now chanelled to buy at another builders store bcos am trying to avoid inconvenience of going to the bank to get bank statement and take it to them so that they can make a refund on my bank account.Very very bad experience from this store.i waited close to two hours b4 I can get out of this store.its unbelievable very terrible.

I went there three weeks ago to purchase a kitchen step ladder, the item was filthy, full of dust and my hands just dirty from touching it. Builders please clean your stock before selling them.
