Caroline was absolutely amazing! Explained everything to me in detail and helped me make the right choice for my hair. Absolutely in love with how my hair turned out and still after weeks of washes it still looks STUNNING! Definitely recommend going to Caroline, she knows her stuff inside and out!

Celebrating 9 years at this lovely Hair Salon, my husband and both our children and myself, children were using different hairstylist at the salon and my husband and myself are with Mark the owner. Long after the children became young adults they still would go nowhere els. I recommended over the years many friends and all of them are so grateful I am wearing my hair long, the treatments Taurelle is offering in salon and the products they are selling are definately among the best, as each stylists is doing a full consultation prior offering any products. Wherever I go people compliments me on my lovely shiny long hair. The same stylists we found in the salon 9 years ago are still there and also the same lovely ladies at the basin whom are assisting, the says a lot. When I had a friend diagnosed with cancer whom was not a client of the salon at the time, and had to shave her hair, Mark offered to us to come after business hours - she is now another very satisfied client. My Mom had a stroke and could not visit the salon, not that they are not wheelchair friendly, but Mom could not communicate after the stroke and Mark offered a home service, and for two years a stylist visited Mom at home for hairstyling. Where in this world would you find another salon who does the touch up colouring totally for free of charge 4 weeks after you had a colour booked. Covid 19 Regulations are strictly followed to the book.

Always happy with the service I receive from Mark and his team. Appreciate the fact that Mark always takes the time to talk me through what I can expect and what is and isn't possible with my hair....I have a lot of crazy ideas!

Can highly recommend Mark from Taurelle Hair. Being my first appointment, I so appreciated the time Mark took in talking to me about my hair. Cut and color were fantastic and very friendly environment.

An average parlor, would not recommend as this place defined what a careless barber is. There are many smaller local places you can scroll around for nearby this one which will grant you a more caring treatment and actually slowly cut your hair to achieve the ideas and look you have given. For a much cheaper price even.Apologies if this sounds personal but I spent a year growing my hair out to have it all wasted by incompetence.

One of the ladies butchered my daughters long hair after she expressly said she didnt want layers. The layers arent even even or straight!! A whole years growth down the drain!! She cried so much. Shocking!! It happened a couple of months ago but I was shocked when I saw her hair last night.

My wife and I are new to Somerset West and couldn’t be happier to find Taurelle Hair close by. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed with friendly and excellent service which made us feel right at home. The cutting and styling is very professional and we are extremely satisfied with the results. I can't speak for all the hairdressers working at this hair Salon, but I can recommend getting your haircut from Petru. She is kind and will listen carefully to what it is that you want, and when you're unclear with what you want (like me), she will rather cut off too little than too much.

My mother is in her eighties and moved to Somerset West a year ago. She likes to have her hair styled once a week. During the past year I have taken her to various different hair salons and she hasn't been happy with any of them. She has had her hair styled at Taurelle for 2 months now and couldn't be happier. Thank you Taurelle for making an old lady happy and to give her something to look forward to every week

Always had a good experience in cutting. When I requested a totally different change in colour the hairdresser was too scared. Even though I assured her I will take the risk as I want to colour my hair as I wish. She was quite prepared to loose me as a client after all these years than to colour what I wanted. Sad though..so I will go somewhere else.
