Worst service ever. was notified that the order from Braamfontein to Cedar Square can take up to 2 working days. I was happy with that. After 7 working days the guy tells me I must make a plan myself to get the book, there is 1 at Braamfontein. How did we get from 2 working days to make a plan to get it yourself? If we both know where the book is, in one of your stores, why can you help me as agreed? Never again. I just pay R100 more for the book and I will only get it in 2 weeks, but you know what ,they wanted to help

Really friendly staff that are super eager to help you find what you need. In this instance they didnt have the books I needed, but they took my details and as soon as they received them, I could pick them up a few days later. Thank you for the assistance.

While assist me the lady just left to assist another person. Didn't even bother to say please excuse she just left me hanging there. The next lady came to assist me right in the middle of my transaction she just helped the person behind me.I have never seen such horrible customers I needed up only purchasing 3books because of the attitude those 2 ladies in that shop had. My first time in that book store and my last.
