They were very efficient and explained everything that needed to be done in a clear and concise manner. The price was also very reasonable given the quality of work they provided. My car overheated and was repaired very quickly despite not having a booking. This was the first time I used their services. Devon was very helpful and explained everything carefully to me. Great customer service experience. My car required an extensive engine overhaul. After the initial repair, I noticed some issues including a shaky rev counter and cold-start misfires. I took the car back multiple times to investigate and resolve these secondary problems. Devon listened to my feedback each time and willingly investigated the issues. Not once was I turned away or charged extra (over the original repair cost), despite the significant number of additional man hours invested. On the third return trip to the workshop, the underlying problem was finally discovered and corrected. Despite the inconvenience of all these trips to and from the workshop, their commitment to excellent customer service shone through. The manner in which they graciously fixed mistakes in the original repair speaks volumes about their strong integrity. For this reason alone, I can confidently recommend City Auto as a trustworthy workshop.

Brilliant customer service and expert repairs to extremely damaged cylinder, brakes and clutch. Clean as a pin, (even the engine) my car looks and drives like new! Devon was responsive and always kept me updated on progress. Plus I was offered a pensioner’s discount too!! If there were six stars, I’d tick them all!

Helped out to jump start and tested battery. Replaced there too. They keep a proper record for warranty and marked battery with date too.All round, very happy.

Incredibly poor work. The communication on the issue with the car, the costing and what was required to repair it was very poor. My car came out with additional problems that were not present when I had booked my car in.
