Exceptional after sales service. On our recent trip to Kruger, we had an issue with our 10 year old 90l fridge freezer. I contacted Stefan with our problem and within 4 days he had a replacement unit sent to Nelspruit ensuring that the rest of our trip went smoothly. National Luna is definitely the Rolls Royce" of outdoor gear and a great company to deal with."

I received excellent service from NL fixing my fridge. I also had a problem with my battery charger no questions asked and it was replaced with a new one at no cost. More than I can say about C Tek when my C Tek had issues. Well done NL.

We sent our refrigerator back to National Luna, as it had stopped working properly. However, the person on the phone was unhelpful. After much explanation, the guy was suppose to send me a email with courier instructions. No email. 3days later I receive a email saying he forgot why he had to email me. Ok so sent the refrigerator. No response, i follow up- yes they have it. Its now been 2 weeks with no feedback whatsoever. National Luna is supposedly the best in the business, I have not experienced this as such at all. I would rate this service very poor. I will have to follow up again tomorrow.

I am Mr TJ De Bruin....phoned this morning in connection with a 12 volt fault problem on a 90 liter fridge and was given fine advice.....worked out to be exactly the fault, a bad connection between the power source and the fridge.Thank you to this knowledgeable person.

My 90ltr fridge freeze stopped working. Sent it back under warranty. They fixed it but cost me R750 to courier it to Jburg and back. That is their only service centre. Read the fine print re their manufacturer warranty.

Drove in and got helped immediately, staff friendly and efficient. The lady who assisted me spoke me through the whole process of booking a fridge in for repairs and explained what happens and even how long it may take. I am very impressed.

On route from KZN to Botswana my NL Weekender stopped working in Jhb. I went to the agents in Edenvale at 8am this morning and the service I received was amazing. A technician found the fault immediately and replaced the fan. I was out of there by 8.30. A great proudly South African company and great product. They pride themselves on after sales service. Thank you Craig

This is some off the best service you will get regarding any National Luna products. I had a problem with my freezer and they fixed it when i called them the next day. And really cheap. Thanks Guys
