Stay away!Their service and accounts department are pathetic.I'm receiving invoices and letters of demand for a service I cancelled and settled months ago and their accounts department does not respond to queries.

I was debited and the following day I was told my account was not paid therefore my Fibre Line was suspended.I called and emailed numerus times no one answered my call, if they did they had to route my call to someone else where it would ring and ring and eventually it would just cut-off.I don't understand how you can take my money, suspend my account, and then not answer emails or calls?Service/Support is extremely poor, I wouldn't recommend anyone use Be Broadband as their ISP.

This so called bebroadband company has very poor customer service. The Wi-Fi network is poor and keeps cutting off, its not reliable.I have been trying to cancel this service but all i get is bills after bills and no one answers the phones even after sending emails to cancel I'm still getting bills.They have time to get lawyers but never to return calls or emails and scare tactics.This is the worst fibre internet provider i've ever worked with. real bullies

Awful. They won't answer your calls or email and even after you sent them Pop they'll send an email saying your account had been suspended due to late payment.

google pls allow negative number stars! being paying R1000 a month for a 50 meg line, and being supplied between 1 - 8 megs for the past 12 months. Its like paying R25 for a litre of fuel and only getting 100mls. - exploiting those that pay their salaries.Horrible, terrible service, inadequate infrastructure, pathetic customer service. do not sign up with them! stay away at all costs

I have a credit of R80 on my account since August. They keep on sending me invoices at full price. I send mails to the accounts department and no response. I even send it as I get the invoice so that they can fix it. No response, no urgency on their side

Terrible service, I have been calling the entire day. They are dropping my calls, it's so unprofessional and annoying. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

This is a horrible service provider, the internet is always down, they don't have contact numbers to their support department. I am terminating my subscription!!!

Linteg Fibre provides a VERY poor service. I've been struggling for literally months with an unstable internet connection. I've logged many tickets and had many calls with support but they're either unwilling or unable to do anything.Stay away.
