Utopia is a lovely clean and tranquil place where you can caravan or stay in a self catering house. We loved it their and will definitely go again. It is away from the hustle and bustle and rates a 6Star.

Got a bit lost on our way there. Gravel road was ok condition. Facilities is great and the best mountain views. We went to a wedding there and they had really nice settings. The guesthouse we stayed in was really nice. Would love to go there for a weekend break.

Camped there while the Swellendam Town Transformer had blown twice.Farmer was kind enough to run his personal generator from 06h00 to 18h00 to keep our refrigerators cool.Much appreciated. It was about 35 degrees.

An incredible venue & location, with the most wonderfully accommodating hosts. Rolling grass fields, right alongside a line of indigenous trees, a pristine dam and an immaculate pool. Definitely highly recommended.
