I was thoroughly impressed with the service at PBS. I left a message on Facebook messenger and Gary got back to me immediately. He made recommendations for my needs, arranged delivery to Simon's Town and did not overcharge me on delivery fees. To crown my great experience, I received a call a day earlier than initially discussed, informing me that my mattress would be delivered. The lady who called me was friendly and seemed really invested in good public relations. When the men arrived with the mattress there was not even a mutter about having to carry a heavy, extra length queen size mattress up a steep driveway (we live against mountain) and up quite a few stairs. From price to service, I could not be happier with my experience! When the time comes for our next purchase we will be returning to PBS. Well done to the team!

I ordered my bed at 9.30 and it arrived at 12.30. Incredible service and the bed is super comfortable. They even have the option to send your pre-loved bed with the delivery team so it can be donated to someone who needs it. Highly recommend.

This is my second experience at Peninsula bed and again the service was 12/10. A warm welcome from the minute you walk in by the door. An all round pleasant experience dealing with this business from visiting the store, up until delivery. Staff was friendly and able to answer all our questions relating to the products. Delivery guys were kind and helpful by offering to position everything exactly where it needed to be. Thank you to all!
