WHATEVER YOU DO - DO NOT COME HERE!!!I hope as many brides as possible see this!! I don't want this to happen to anyone!!!I have 2 weeks till my wedding and gave them 7 weeks to do just my first alterations which was already ridiculous. I called 3 times in the week to confirm everything is ready for my fitting and they said it is all 3 times. I came to my appointment and it's not ready. Now I have 2 weeks and you need at least 3 fittings. Taking my dress to another seamstress to fit it now. I should have trusted the reviews I saw because it's happened to so many other ladies as well. Way too many people had the exact same thing happen to them. I wish I never came here. Please don't do it to yourself. Some women didn't even have their dress ready after 5 alterations and didn't fit properly even for their wedding.I wish I could help any future brides or grooms. Please don't come!!!!

Some scarily poor customer service and repair work experienced at this place. Would not recommend.

would give them a 0 if i could. my experience was absolutely horrible. such inexperienced tailors. i was mislead before i bought the dress into thinking they could do the alterations i asked for. all they care about is money. after you purchase the dress. their service just drops. i gave them 10 weeks to alter my dress. my wedding is two weeks and still nothing. sent an email to customer service. NOTHING. absolutely pathetic. wouldn’t recommend at all.

The lady who helped me (Pinki) was very friendly and professional, I didn't find my dress but it was my 1st fitting 5 dresses.

I booked a fitting there for wedding dresses and my experience was quite unpleasant and underwhelming. Didn't receive much assistance from the ladies who work there, from picking out the dresses to putting them on. I pretty much had to rely on my mom and maid of honour. No expertise or guidance was given with regards to the shape of dresses or their fit or anything really. I wouldn't recommend it nor would I go back.

Loved the service and helpful and friendly staff. They have such a big variety in their collection of dresses, and you pop a balloon to get a discount, which could be 100% off!

Please brides...save yourself stress and anxiety and DO NOT buy your dress here. They make empty promises. They give you attention on the first day so that u buy their dresses. They promise you that they can do all alterations but they actually can't . They said my sisters wedding dress will br ready in 7 to 8 weeks it's now the 11th week and everything is a disaster. I now have 2 weeks to find someone else to fix her dress

Not bad, very average service depending on the consultant you get it can even be unpleasant.

Worst service!Will never return to Bride&Co.They don't deliver as promised and when they do there are blunders in abundance.Use them if you don't mind going to the function naked as you may not have anything to wear! Would give them a Zero if I could!
