This is not a very friendly staff. We wait 20min for two of the same smoothie. The staff is always late in the mornings.

Terrible service at this Kauai, I would avoid. I came in, I'm not a member at this gym, both Virgin Active and Kauai staff were unfriendly, I was asked to write my own order down and then verify the order. This is the first time I've experienced having to do this.

Ordered from Uber Eats. Food came within 30mins and was neatly wrapped and fresh and should I mention tasty.Unfortunately I cannot comment on the experience in the branch as I have not been there before and I am not a gym member.But will definitely be ordering from them via Uber Eats in future.If you on Uber Eats and looking for something healthy, give them a shot.@Kauai Moderfontein - Keep up the speedy service.

Some of the staff can use some soft skills training. Instead of serving with urgency, they would rather finish their conversations and always have unpleasant demeanor. However, the new staff are always friendly.The food is okay, but you can get better quality if you go inside the mall

Guys I've given many of your other stores 5 stars. I really love Kauai. But this store is really not up to standard. The staff are very rude and grumpy. It feels like they are doing you a favour by serving you. The smoothie was too watery. The salad was okay. I could see not a lot of care is taken in preparing the items.Ordering was not easy. First I was told my code is not a valid code, there are too many numbers. 4 attempts later and after muttering behind the counter the code is indeed valid. I told the lady I would like to sit down and eat and she brings it all in a takeaway. Please may I have a fork? Muttering. Wow really not a great experience
