Perfect place for our lunch. Fantastic view and atmosphere. Highly recommend including this as a midday stop over as a break from driving around looking for your favourite animals!

Tindlovu Restaurant Olifants Rest Camp
After an early morning drive from Letaba we decided to have breakfast at the Tindlovu Restaurant at the Olifants Camp. We ordered a basic breakfast comprising of 2 eggs, a slice of roasted bread, fried tomato and a large portion of bacon all for about R50 per person. The restaurant was about half full but the service was excellent, the tables were clean and the view was simply amazing. We will certainly visit the restaurant again ic we are in the area.

Tindlovu Restaurant Olifants Rest Camp
A highlight for me when visiting the Kruger National Park is the amazing view you get of the Olifants River from the Olifants Rest Camp. The great thing about the Tindlovu Restaurant at the Olifants Camp is that it takes full advantage of the view, whether you are sitting inside or outside. As it was a bit windy the day we visited we decided to sit inside, however on a beautiful day I definitely recommend you sit outside on the deck. Just keep a lookout for the monkeys that will try and steal your food when you aren't watching. Their menu has a nice range of dishes to choose from, including some vegetarian options, and the staff were friendly. This is a good spot to relax and refresh after your (hopefully successful) morning drive.

What an amazing experience having breakfast at Tindlovu olifants. The view from the deck is amazing! The atmosphere is so peaceful. The service was amazing from the moment we got there and the food was really good. We can highly recommend their breakfast.

The Restaurant of the Olifants-Camp.The food is OK, but the highlight is the panorama-terrace with view in the river.There are quite a lot of bats after sunset. Not so good if you eat outside on the terrace.

Good for BreakfastDuring our morning safari from Letaba, my wife and I dropped in at Tindlovu Restaurant at OLIFANTS Camp for Breakfast on 15/03/19. We were the first customers to arrive there at 0715. The restaurant is in a scenic location overlooking a curve on Oliphants River. We ordered the Early Riser -'eggs, bacon, toast & tomato' R42.50) from the menu together with tea (R19.90) and coffee (R25.40). Since there was only one slice of bread we asked for an additional slice at an additional cost (R10.00). Service was courteous and friendly. This is the only restaurant in Oliphants camp.There is no WiFi in the restaurant.The restaurant is open from 0700 to 2100.
