Lee is an amazing and bubbly person to work with! She made it easy for us to decide what product to choose by inflating them so we can see how they look. She was also very patient with us and slightly difficult customers. That all while being under pressure. Commendable!

Very disappointed. They're only nice to you if you fully utilise their products, like I did a few years back. They insulted the balloons I brought to the store to be filled up with helium. I've never felt so despondent before with the attitude I received. I felt like taking my balloons and going else where. If they don't want me to bring my own balloons, rather put a sign up stating so. Don't make me feel as if I'm inferior. I won't go there again

I bought a balloon there that was guarantee to last 4-7 days and it was deflated within not even 24 hrs. They gave us a new one and it did the same thing. Their quality of product is poor and after the second replacement no refund was offered nor a replacement. I wouldn't recommend.
